Jillian Hays RN, BSN

Jillian Hays is co-founder and consultant for CarePath Consultants. Jillian has years of dynamic clinical experience as a registered nurse for over fifteen years and a respiratory therapist for seventeen. Jillian's heart for helping others and her passion for simplifying the healthcare system for her patients sparked her strong desire to start CarePath.

Jillian started her nursing career as an Emergency room/trauma nurse at UAB hospital. After four years at the bedside, Jillian transitioned into a clinical liaison role for hospice and home health. She quickly discovered her calling and passion were to assist families navigating the healthcare system. Jillian has spent the last 11 years building relationships with hospitals and in-home providers, allowing her to build a network of people to provide the best care for her patients. Having experience in home IV therapy, home health, and hospice makes Jillian an outstanding healthcare advocate.

Jillian lives in Helena with her husband and two daughters. When they aren't at cheer practice, they love traveling to the beach and spending time with family and friends. They are members of The Church at Cahaba Bend in Helena.
